With over 20 years of experience in teaching and tutoring, I bring an educator’s perspective to college counseling. I take time to get to know each student and help them find a path that reflects who they are.

Patrick McConaghy co-founded and co-owns Tahoe Tutoring. He holds a BA in Education from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Education in Administrative Leadership from Sierra Nevada College.
Outside work, he enjoys family time, cooking, Star Wars, and classic literature.
